1. I should have rejected Evelyn ' s offer to accompany me for lunch in a nicer way, but not straight reject her.

1. While contacting Mr. Subaram to postpone our meeting/ appointment, I should have tell him our reason and ask for his convenience first. Should not straight to the point ask for postpone.
2. While boss comment on my work, I shall not talk back to him. Have to be more patience next time.
